This course is designed to provide the learner with
knowledge, practical skills and attitude, applicable in performing work activities
involve in preparing masonry materials, tools and equipment and preparing basic
masonry works. This includes classroom learning activities and practical work in actual site or simulation area.


This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills to perform shielded metal arc welding work to the standard expected in the workplace.

The course covers, competencies such as; utilize specialized communications, develop team and individual needs, apply problem solving techniques in the workplace, perform workplace safety and housekeeping, interpret blueprint, set up work area equipment and accessories, prepare weld joints, deposit weld beads, prepare materials and tools, and weld carbon steel pipes and plates in all position for fillet and groove welds.



This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills of a WELDER in accordance with industry standards. It covers core competencies such as; weld carbon steel plates using SMAW. This includes common competencies; apply safety practices, interpret drawing and sketches, perform industry calculations, contribute to quality system, use hand tools, prepare weld materials, setup welding equipment, fit up weld materials and repair welds. It also includes competencies such as, receive and respond to workplace communication, work with others, demonstrate work values and practice basic housekeeping procedure.

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills to perform shielded metal arc welding work to the standard expected in the workplace.

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and desirable attitudes in ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION NC II in accordance with industry standards. It covers the core competencies in raising organic chicken, producing organic vegetable, producing organic fertilizer, producing various concoctions, raising organic hogs and raising small ruminants (goat).

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills to perform shielded metal arc welding work to the standard expected in the workplace.

The course covers, competencies such as; utilize specialized communications, develop team and individual needs, apply problem solving techniques in the workplace, perform workplace safety and housekeeping, interpret blueprint, set up work area equipment and accessories, prepare weld joints, deposit weld beads, prepare materials and tools, and weld carbon steel pipes and plates in all position for fillet and groove welds.


This course designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude in baking and pastry production; to prepare and present gateaux, tortes and cakes; to prepare and serve other types of desserts; and to prepare and display petits fours in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic, common and core competencies.


This course is designed to equip the individual with desirable attitudes, knowledge and skills required to carry-out tasks of a light vehicle driver in accordance with industry standards, and in adherence to the regulatory requirements of the Land Transportation Office (LTO), and other government agencies and/or private entities. It covers the following four core competencies: Carry Out Vehicle Maintenance and Servicing, Drive Light Vehicles, Obey and Observe Traffic Rules and Regulations and Implement and Coordinate Accident/Emergency Procedures.

This course contains module and contents required of the Land Transportation Office and in consonance with the agreement between TESDA and LTO on the implementation of Driving courses. It also includes basic and common knowledge, skills and attitudes capturing the 21st education requirements and in accordance with land transportation industry standards.

Learners  who  are  non-holders  of  Students-driver’s  Permit,  Non-Professional or Professional Driver’s License are required to complete and pass the institutional assessment  designed  for  the  module  “Theoretical  Driving  Module”  under  the  unit  of competency    “Move    and    Position    Vehicle”.    Learners    who    completed/passed    the assessment    should    secure    “Student-driver’s    Permit”    from    the    nearest    Land Transportation Office, prior commencing to work on the modules related to the actual driving  activities.  On  the  other  hand,  learners  who  have  Student-driver’s  Permit,  Non- Professional or Professional Driver’s License may proceed working on modules all throughout this course.


This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills of a WELDER in accordance with industry standards. It covers core competencies such as; weld alloy steel plates using SMAW. This includes common competencies; apply safety practices, interpret drawing and sketches, perform industry calculations, contribute to quality system, use hand tools, prepare weld materials, setup welding equipment, fit up weld materials and repair welds. It also includes competencies such as, lead workplace communication, lead small teams, develop and practice negotiation skills, solve workplace problem related to work activity, solve mathematical concept and techniques and use relevant technologies.

This course is designed to develop & enhance the knowledge, skills, & attitudes of an electrical, mechatronics and automation technician, in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic & common competencies in addition to the core competencies as enumerated in section 1 of this training regulations.

This course is designed to equip individuals with operational skills in Electrical Installation & Maintenance NC level II particularly in installing and maintaining electrical wiring, lighting and related equipment/systems in residential houses/buildings where the voltage does not exceed 600 volts.
